Log on to Quick Capture

When you install TotalAgility, Quick Capture is automatically installed and available in the TotalAgility Apps application.

Ensure you have access for the following areas to use Quick Capture:

  • Designer

  • Process

  • Capture design

  • Capture operations to add folders and create documents and pages

Refer to Access control list and Configure capture groups in the TotalAgility Designer help for more information.

You can open Quick Capture in either of the following ways:

  • From the Windows Start menu

  • Directly using the URL

Open Quick Capture from the Windows Start menu

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Kofax TotalAgility > TotalAgility Apps.
    The TotalAgility Apps landing page appears.

  2. Select the Quick Capture card.

    The Quick Capture application opens. See Quick Capture user interface .

Open Quick Capture directly using the URL

  1. Enter the following URL in the browser.

    http://<TotalAgility server hostname or IP>/TotalAgility/Designer/#/quickcapture.

  2. Log in with your user credentials or use Windows authentication.

    The Quick Capture application opens.
