Manage Quick Rules

On the Quick Rules page, you can modify an existing business rule decision tree and unlock or lock a rule.

Modify a business rule

You can modify the rule inputs and outputs and also business data used in a decision tree.

  1. On the Quick Rules page, click the business rule you want to modify.
    The business rule decision table opens in a new browser tab.
  2. Make changes to the condition and also include or exclude the else condition as needed.
  3. Click Save.

Modify business data

You can modify the business data in a decision tree that is created in the TotalAgility Designer.

  1. On the Quick Rules page, click the business rule you want to modify.
    The business rule decision table opens in a new browser tab.
  2. Click the Business Data tab.
    The list of business data associated with the business rule decision tree is displayed.
  3. Click the business data to modify.
    The Edit business data dialog box is displayed.
  4. Update the value for the business data type as needed. You cannot change the name and type of the business data.
  5. Click Save.
