Log on to Quick Rules

You can log on to Quick Rules application either from the Windows Start menu or directly using the Quick Rules URL.

When you install Kofax TotalAgility, Quick Rules is automatically installed and available under TotalAgility Apps. Ensure you have access for the following to use the Quick Rules application:

  • Designer

  • Process

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Kofax TotalAgility > TotalAgility Apps.

    The TotalAgility Apps landing page is displayed.

  2. Select the Quick Rules card, or click Quick Rules in the navigation menu.

    Alternatively, you can directly log on to Quick Rules application using the Quick Rules URL:

    http://<server name>/TotalAgility/designer/#/quickbusinessrule/home

    The Business Rules page displays the list of business rules decision tree created in the TotalAgility Designer.

    The business rules are displayed with the following details:

    Name, Locked By, Last modified by, Last modified date and Version.

    Click the rule to view the decision table.

    You can filter on rule by Category.

    You can also search for a specific rule by entering the rule name in the Search field and clicking .
