View the work queue summary

On the Work Queue page, view the list of tasks that are assigned to you or to the group to which you belong. You can also search for a specific task.

  1. On the To Do menu, click Work Queue or click on the header.

    The Work Queue page appears displaying the following details:

    • SLA (Activity): The current status of the activity. The status is defined in TotalAgility. See Kofax TotalAgility help for more information. To know about the significance of the status color, see Commonly used buttons and icons.

    • Activity Name: The name of the activity.

    • Process: The process to which the activity belongs.

    • Priority: The priority of the activity with 1 being the highest and 100 being the lowest.

    • Assigned To: The resource to whom the activity is assigned.

    • Due Date: The date when the activity is due to be completed.

    • Actions: The actions available for the activity. See Manage work queue.
