Reset the status of activities

As an administrator, you can reset a taken activity.

The following actions reset the activity status from taken to pending.

  • User logs out of all active sessions.

  • User logs in and there are no other active sessions.

  • Session timeout occurs.

  • User navigates away from the taken activity form. For example, uses the browser Back button or closes the browser window.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Reset Taken Activities.
  2. On the Resource list, select the user or group, and click Search.

    A list of all taken activities belonging to the selected user or group appears.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • To reset the status of a single activity, select the activity and click Reset to Pending.

    • To reset the status of all activities belonging to the selected user or group, click Reset All to Pending.
