Resets the resource and clears the allocation.

Removes the delegation between resources.

Resource/User

Identifies the resource as a user.

Allocate & Leave

Allocates the task to a resource while keeping the resource available for other activities.

Allocate & Remove

Allocates the task to a resource and the removes the resource from the list of available resources.

Associated Groups

Displays the associated groups for the selected resource.

External User

Identifies any valid email id as an external resource.

Resource Group

Identifies the resource as a group not an individual.

Job History

Opens the Job History dialog box that displays the history of a job.

Information

Displays the following job summary: Job ID, primary ap name, primary map version, resource who created the job, job creation date, job status and job finish time. Also displays the activity information.

Re-evaluate Skin

Opens the Re-evaluate Skin dialog box where you can update variable values and live activities.

Expected Finish Time

Opens the Edit Expected Finish Time dialog box that displays the expected finish date time to complete the job. You can update the expected finish time, if needed.

Resources

Opens the Edit Floating Role Resources dialog box that displays the list of floating roles.

Process Design Notes

Opens the Add Process Design Notes dialog box where you can add notes for your process.

Zoom Slider

Zoom in or out the process map.

Overview

Displays an overview of the job in a panel below. You can also navigate (pan or zoom) to a particular activity using the mouse

Orientation

Displays the map in vertical orientation.

Legend

Displays the color legend for each job status..

Refresh

Refreshes the page.

View Previous

Displays the previous process map.

Information

Displays the summary of the activity. The information includes: Node ID, status, node type, and whether the node is automatic.

Note For a Custom service activity, the node type is the Custom service group name.

Restart here

Restarts the job at the selected activity.

Restart next

Restarts the job at the next activity. This icon only appears if another activity follows the selected activity.

View Process

Displays the process map.

Priority

Displays the priority of the activity.

Due Date

Displays the due date of the activity.

Resources

Displays the list of resources and roles.

Information

Displays the summary of the activity. The information includes: Name of the activity, node type, whether the node is automatic, target due date, target duration, priority, expected cost, and fixed cost.

Note For a Custom service activity, the node name and node type are the same, that is, custom service group name.

Priority

Displays the priority of the activity.

Due Date

Displays the target due date of the activity.

Duration

Displays the target duration.

View Process

Displays the process map.

Note This option only appears for an embedded process or a subjob.
