Commonly used buttons and icons

Table 1. Common buttons
	Create	Creates an item.
n	Add	Adds an item.
	Delete	Deletes an item.
	Browse	Navigates to a location in the machine to select an item.
	Actions	Displays the actions that are performed on a job.
	Move Up	Moves the item towards top.
	Move Down	Moves the item towards bottom.

	Activate	Activates the job.
	Change Owner	Changes the owner of the job.
	Change State	Changes the state of the job.
	On Hold	Places the job on hold.
	Recover	Recovers the job.

	Terminate	Terminates the job.
	Refresh	Refreshes the page.
	View Subjob	Displays the details of subjob.
	Re-evaluate Pre-conditions	Reevaluates the pre-conditions.

	Update Value	Updates the value.
	Update Target Date /Update Actual Date	Updates the target date/ actual date.
	Loaned Resources	Displays loaned resources.
	View	Displays the note.
	Change State	Changes the state.
	Update View properties	Updates linked cases. View properties for associated jobs.
	View Subjob	Displays the details of subjob.
	Unlock	Unlock document or folders.
	Day Ahead	Number of days available to resource.
	Activities	Displays the list of activities available to resource.
	My Work / My Jobs	Displays the work of the logged-on user.
	Productivity	Displays the productivity of the resource.
	Update	Updates the item.
	Edit	Edits an item.

	Green	Represents the status of the job that is assigned by the user.

Table 5. Work queue activity actions
	Take Activity	Runs an activity.
	Complete Activity	Completes the activity.
	Reassign	Reassigns the activity to another user.
	Add Note / Process Design Notes	Adds a note to the activity.
	View Job	Displays job details.

Table 6. Manual work allocation actions
	Reset Resource, Un-delegate	Resets the resource and clears the allocation. Removes the delegation between resources.
	Resource/User	Identifies the resource as a user.
	Allocate & Leave	Allocates the task to a resource while keeping the resource available for other activities.
	Allocate & Remove	Allocates the task to a resource and the removes the resource from the list of available resources.

Table 7. Resources icons
	Associated Groups	Displays the associated groups for the selected resource.
	External User	Identifies any valid email id as an external resource.
	Resource Group	Identifies the resource as a group not an individual.

Table 8. Job Viewer toolbar
	Job History	Opens the Job History dialog box that displays the history of a job.
	Information	Displays the following job summary: Job ID, primary ap name, primary map version, resource who created the job, job creation date, job status and job finish time. Also displays the activity information.
	Re-evaluate Skin	Opens the Re-evaluate Skin dialog box where you can update variable values and live activities.
	Expected Finish Time	Opens the Edit Expected Finish Time dialog box that displays the expected finish date time to complete the job. You can update the expected finish time, if needed.
	Resources	Opens the Edit Floating Role Resources dialog box that displays the list of floating roles.
	Process Design Notes	Opens the Add Process Design Notes dialog box where you can add notes for your process.
	Zoom Slider	Zoom in or out the process map.
	Overview	Displays an overview of the job in a panel below. You can also navigate (pan or zoom) to a particular activity using the mouse
	Orientation	Displays the map in vertical orientation.
	Legend	Displays the color legend for each job status..
	Refresh	Refreshes the page.
	View Previous	Displays the previous process map.

Table 9. Activity properties on the Job Viewer toolbar
	Information	Displays the summary of the activity. The information includes: Node ID, status, node type, and whether the node is automatic. Note For a Custom service activity, the node type is the Custom service group name.
	Restart here	Restarts the job at the selected activity.
	Restart next	Restarts the job at the next activity. This icon only appears if another activity follows the selected activity.
	View Process	Displays the process map.
	Priority	Displays the priority of the activity.
	Due Date	Displays the due date of the activity.
	Resources	Displays the list of resources and roles.

	Information	Displays the summary of the process. Also displays the activity information.
	Priority	Displays the priority of the process.
	Duration	Displays the duration of time when the process is open.
	Budget	Displays the budget of the job.
	Expected Cost	Displays the cost of the job.
	Resources	Displays the floating role resources.
	Performance	Displays the performance of the job.
	Zoom Slider	Zoom in or out the process map.
	Orientation	Displays the map in vertical orientation.
	Legend	Displays the color legend.
	Refresh	Refreshes the page.
	View Previous	Displays the previous process map.
	Tools	Creates a customizable process. Note This option only appears if you have access privilege to customize a process.
	View Process	Displays the process map. Note This option only appears for an embedded process or a subjob.

Table 11. Activity properties on the Process Viewer toolbar
	Information	Displays the summary of the activity. The information includes: Name of the activity, node type, whether the node is automatic, target due date, target duration, priority, expected cost, and fixed cost. Note For a Custom service activity, the node name and node type are the same, that is, custom service group name.
	Priority	Displays the priority of the activity.
	Due Date	Displays the target due date of the activity.
	Duration	Displays the target duration.
	View Process	Displays the process map. Note This option only appears for an embedded process or a subjob.
	Resources	Displays the list of resources and roles.
