Modify the live job properties

In the Workspace, you can view and change the properties of jobs that are Live, Suspended, or On Hold, which gives you the flexibility to respond to process changes as they happen.

You can also modify job activities that are in a pending state, members of floating roles assigned to a job, and the static resources, roles and groups assigned to each live activity in a job.

To modify jobs, you must have the correct access privileges.

Note You can only modify the activity members when workflow rules are not used for an activity at design time.
  1. On the Jobs menu, click Find.
  2. Select the job to modify and click View Job.

    The process map appears.

Note To set the process viewer to open in read-only mode, in the JobSearch form, in the JobList control, set the ShowMapViewerInReadOnly property to True.
  3. Click a button to view or modify the job and activity properties.
