Manage skill levels for processes and resources

At runtime, processes and activities are dynamically assigned to resources that have the skill level specified by the process or activity. Setting skill levels lets TotalAgility Workspace assign the right work to the right resource. The skill level also lets you establish support for team members according to their current skill level. For example, new team members may need more supervision and training. After completing training, the team member's skill level can be updated accordingly.
