View the retention policy failures
An administrator can view the retention policy failures (if any) that occur when the retention policy system task runs. The Retention Policy Failures form displays the failures with the following details:
- Date: Date on which the retention policy failure occurred.
- Description and Reason for failure

On the
Administration menu, click
Retention Policy Failures.
The Retention Policy Failures page displays all the failures.

To display the retention policy failures grouped by type, on the
Type list, select a type, such as Delete Business Process Failed, and click
Search.
The failures based on the selected type are displayed.
