Manage security roles
Once you create security tokens and associate them with form controls, define access permissions to the tokens.
First define a security role and then associate tokens and users with the role.

On the
Administration menu, click
Security Roles.
The Security Roles page appears.

Click
Create.
The Security Role - Create page appears.
- Select a category, and enter a name and description for the security role.

Associate tokens with the security role:
- Click the Tokens tab.

Click
Add.
The Security Tokens dialog box appears.
- Select the security tokens to associate with the role.

Associate users with a security role:
- Click the Resources tab.
- Select users or groups.

Click
Save.
The new security role is saved with tokens and associated users or groups.
