Several tabs are provided to perform the necessary synchronization steps. A wizard area below the tab shows the current synchronization step and gives a tip on what to do. Buttons are displayed that allow navigating from one synchronization step to the next.

Depending whether your loaded project has folders, the number of tabs and the number of steps shown in the wizard area below the tabs changes. If you have a project without folders, synchronization requires three steps, if folders are enabled, five synchronization steps are required.

The following tabs are provided:

• Classes - on this tab you can assign project classes to Kofax Capture form types.

• Fields - on this tab you can assign extraction fields to Kofax Capture index fields.

• Folders (only available for projects having folders) - on this tab you can assign project folers to Kofax Capture folder classes.

• Folder Fields (only available for projects having folders) - on this tab you can assign folder fields to Kofax Capture folder fields.

• Synchronize - on this tab you can synchronize project classes and extraction fields with Kofax Capture.

The following buttons are available:

Previous Step

Opens the previous screen (prior step).

Next Step

Opens the next screen (next Step).

Cancel

Click Cancel to quit the Synchronization Tool.

Help

Click Help to open the Synchronization Tool Help.
