You can define whether a field content is displayed in the batch tree in the Validation module. If you want to do this select Use As Display Field.

In the Validation module, the field content is appended to the document name in the batch tree. You can make it easier to identify a document by adding the customer name or customer ID to the document name. If more than one field is selected, the contents are concatenated.
