Faulty batches processed with Kofax Capture Quality Control
If errors occur during processing and the batch in the current module cannot be completed, the batch is sent to Kofax Capture Quality Control automatically and an error message is added to the log file. This can occur when the recognition license or a license for an extraction method is missing.
If you open this batch in Quality Control an error message is displayed that explains the error. You can solve the problem and then close the batch so that Kofax Transformation Modules - Server can process the batch once again.
Important You can change the structure of a document in
Quality Control by adding a missing page or merging two
documents. That document is processed by
Server as a new document and all automatically extracted or
manually added data as well as any sticky notes from the original document are lost.
