As with Kofax Capture index fields, you can define whether the content of a folder field is displayed in the batch tree next to the folder in Kofax Transformation Modules - Validation. If you want to do this, select Use As Display Field.

In the Validation module, the content of your folder field is appended to the folder name in the batch tree. You can make it easier to identify a folder by adding the customer name or customer ID to the folder name. If more than one field is selected, the contents are concatenated and a semicolon (";") is used as delimiter.
