Before you can use batch classes that contain Kofax Transformation Modules components, you must synchronize the batch classes and the Kofax Transformation projects. For more information, see Synchronize Project with Batch Class.

If you want to apply structural changes to the project after synchronization with a Kofax Capture batch class, you must complete the synchronization again.

Structural changes to a Kofax Transformation project include the following:

• Renaming a class, field, folder, folder field, table column or locator

• Adding classes, fields, folders, folder fields, table columns or locators

• Deleting classes, fields, folders, folder fields, table columns or locators

Finally, you must re-publish the batch class for the changes to be available for processing new batches. In case you do not synchronize the batch class after such a change, an error is displayed when publishing the batch class.
