OmniPage language mappings for deprecated engines

The RecoStar and FinerReader recognition engines are both deprecated in Kofax TotalAgility. This means that any existing projects that use either RecoStar or FineReader profiles are updated to use OmniPage profiles automatically.

However, there are some languages that are supported by RecoStar or FineReader that do not have an exact language equivalent in OmniPage. As a result, certain languages are mapped to a similar language with a similar character set in the corresponding OmniPage profile.
