Save to a Document Managing System

Saving to a DMS is available only when PDF Convert is installed as a component of Power PDF Advanced and you have at least one DMS installed on your computer. For saving to a SharePoint site, the program offers a specific interface, while other DMS clients use their own client applications. See the list of the supported DMS types in the technical specifications.

If you generate multiple files, you will add them to the DMS one-by-one.

To save an output file in a DMS, proceed with the following.

  1. Select a Document Management System from the DMS selection box in the Output Options panel.

    A DMS appears in the DMS drop-down list only if it is installed on your computer. Cloud Connectors are also listed. You will see one menu item for each detected DMS.

  2. Enable or disable the Keep local copy option.
