Saving created PDF files

You can define the saving options before the PDF creation process begins:

The resulting PDF files can be saved in a predefined folder. If you do not specify a folder and / or file name in one of these dialog boxes, the Save As dialog box will appear each time, so you can accept or change the folder and / or file name offered by the program.

  • If you select "Mail result only, do not save the file" on the PDF Settings tab of the Power PDF Properties dialog box, or "Send results as E-mail attachment only" or "Send to Power PDF" in the Destination Settings dialog box, the resulting PDF files will not be saved.

  • If you select "Save to DMS", you can save files to storage sites in the Cloud. With Power PDF Advanced, you can also send them to any detected Document Management System.

  • Enable the "View Resulting PDF" check box on the General tab of the Power PDF Properties dialog box or in the Destination Settings dialog box to display the resulting PDF file after creation.
