Change printer driver settings

You can modify driver settings in the Power PDF Properties dialog box. You can set printing preferences for the current document only, or for all subsequent documents.

Set properties for the current document

  1. On the File menu of any supported application, select Print. In the Printer display area, select Power PDF as your active printer if it is not already displayed.
  2. Click Printer Properties. The button or link caption may vary depending on the application.
  3. Visit each tab and specify settings for creating PDF files.
  4. Click OK to save changes.

To set printing preferences for all documents

  1. Look for Printers & scanners on the Windows Start Menu, click the Power PDF printer, click Manage, then Printing Preferences. In this case, the dialog box is titled Power PDF Printing Preferences.
  2. Visit each tab and specify settings for creating PDF files.
  3. Click OK to save changes.
