Open files from the Cloud

To open source files to be converted from the Cloud, do the following.

  1. In Convert Assistant, click the arrow right to the Open tool (Open icon). The menu lists all installed connectors for cloud storage and DMS providers.
  2. Select the related Open from <provider> menu command, such as Open from SharePoint. The Open from dialog box appears, which is specific to the selected provider.
  3. Select one or more desired PDF or XPS files in the Open dialog box.
  4. Click Open to download the file or files. A file name or a file list will appear on the right panel.
  5. Use the Move Up, Move Down tools to reorder the files in the file list if necessary.
