About Cloud connectors

Power PDF supports Cloud storage of PDF and other files, which can be accessed from multiple devices (mainframes, laptops, phones, tablets, and more) and similarly uploaded. File contents are synchronized for all devices.

See Connectors tab for the range of supported cloud connectors. See System requirements for the list of supported Document Management Systems (DMS).

Cloud sites and Document Management Systems are accessed via the Connectors tab; each connector or DMS has its own group. Each site requires registration and provision of a user ID and a password, but can then be accessed freely until Power PDF is closed.

Available actions:

Open file from storage.
Save file to storage.
Document properties (or Delete Access Data for Evernote).

To insert pages from storage, select Home > Pages > Insert, click Open from DMS and select the preferred provider.

In Convert Assistant, files can be opened from storage sites via the File menu; converted files can be saved to these sites from the DMS list box in the Output Format panel.

In Create Assistant, files can be opened by clicking the Add button and selecting Open from DMS; created PDF files can be saved to Cloud sites by clicking the Saving button, selecting Save to DMS and selecting the desired Connector or DMS.
