Import administrator objects

Use this procedure to import Admin Console objects (such as Roles, Users, Connection, and others). See Export administrator objects for the information on how to create the file with administrator objects (documents).

  1. Navigate to Admin Console > Tools, and click Import .
  2. Select the exported file to import.

    The "Importing global data <file name>" window appears.

  3. Select the objects (documents) to import.
  4. Select Overwrite and click Import.

    With Overwrite, the imported files overwrite any existing files with the same name.

  5. Click Yes when prompted to refresh the page.
