Copy and paste a role

You can copy and paste the roles to simplify the process of roles configuration.

  1. In Admin Console, select Documents Tree > Roles, select the required role, and then right-click.
  2. Select Copy from the list.
    Note The Default role cannot be copied.
  3. Right-click Roles and select Paste.
    A new editor appears with a copy of the role, along with all applied settings.
  4. Assign a unique name and update the settings for the copied role.
  5. Click Save.
