Allow absolute paths
By default, users can only select files from the Data Folder. Optionally, you can specify an absolute path to the files that you want to use in Insight. Complete the following steps to enable the Allow absolute paths option.

Navigate to the
Other settings section and select the
Allow absolute paths check box.
When the check box is selected, users can define absolute paths in all Insight applications.Note If you set the absolute path without selecting the check box, a system exception and data load failure occur.
