Add a user

  1. In Admin Console, on the Documents Tree, right-click Users and click New User.
  2. Enter a name for the new user and click OK.
  3. Complete the user details such as Login, User name, Email, Password, and password policies.
  4. Select Enforce password policy to enable the password strength check.

    In this case, the password must comply with the following rules:

    • Contain at least 8 characters

    • Contain at least one alpha character (a-z; A-Z)

    • Contain at least one numeric character (0-9)

    • Contain at least one special character. Example: @&%"
