Multiple instances of converters

To convert several documents in parallel, when multiple instances of KC Plug-In are running, run multiple instances of converters simultaneously. These converters are KfxConverter, image2tiff.exe, convert.exe, tcimgio datalogics. Configure the number of instances for each converter in the Create_Config.xslt file available at C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\KIC-ED\MC\xcd (assuming default installation path on a 64-bit operating system.)

To set the total number of parallel conversions for each type of converter, use MaxInstances and SyncObject properties. By default, the value of MaxInstances property is three for each converter.
