Displaying confirmation messages

You can configure confirmation messages to appear on the MFP front panels when users scan and send documents to Kofax Front Office Server. The messages provide users with information about the status of their scan jobs, and whether they were successfully received by Kofax Front Office Server.

  1. On the Navigation panel, select Settings.

    The General tab appears.

  2. Select Display Confirmation Messages.

    Confirmation messages are now activated for all connected MFPs that support the display of the messages. See the Kofax Front Office Server administrator's guide for your MFP model to see if confirmation display is a supported feature.
