Devices - Devices tab
This tab lists the devices that have been added to Kofax Front Office Server.
Fields
The Devices tab has the following fields.
- Device Name

The full name of the device. If you use the Discover command, the system populates this field when the device is discovered. This is the name that is displayed in the Available Devices column when you associate devices with Device Profiles.
- Host Name

The host name for the device. If you use the Discover command, the system populates this field when the device is discovered.
- Vendor
- The name of the device's manufacturer.
- Model
-
The model name and number of the device. Kofax Front Office Server uses this information to determine what features are available. If you use the Discover command, the system populates this field when the device is discovered.
- IP Address
-
The IP address of the device.
Enter IPv6 addresses enclosed in brackets.
- MAC Address
-
The machine address of the device. If you use the Discover command, the system populates this field when the device is discovered.
- Device Profiles
-
The device profiles associated with the device.
- Activation
-
The time the device activated a license.
- Activated
-
Activation status of the MFP license: True = activated, False = deactivated.
- Last Access
-
The time the device last connected to Kofax Front Office Server.
