Associating a shortcut with a group

  1. On the Navigation panel, select Shortcuts.

    The General tab appears, listing the shortcuts you have defined. If all the shortcuts do not appear, click Refresh.

  2. In the Name column, select the shortcut to edit.

    The General tab for the shortcut appears.

  3. Click the Associated Groups tab.

    A list of the groups in Kofax Capture appears.

  4. Complete the Associated Groups tab as follows.
    1. Select each group that will access the new shortcut by selecting the group name. You can select more than one group.
    2. Use the arrow buttons to move the items:

      Associate the shortcut with the selected group.

      Remove the shortcuts from the selected group.
