Settings - RightFax tab
This tab contains settings for the RightFax address book lookup feature. With this feature enabled, the RightFax Server Address Book information is included when users at the MFP perform a fax number search.
Fields
This tab has the following fields.
- Enable RightFax Integration

Select this option to include the RightFax Server Address Book information in all fax lookup fields on the MFPs. For instructions on creating fax lookup fields in Kofax Capture batch classes, see the Kofax Front Office Server Administrator's Guide.
- RightFax Server Name

The host name or IP address of the RightFax server.
- User ID
-
The ID of a user account that has permissions to access the RightFax Server Phone Book.
- Password and Verify Password
-
The password and password verification for the user ID entered above.
