Shortcuts - Associated Groups tab
Use this tab to associate the shortcut with groups. Global shortcuts that are associated with a group do not appear until a user who is a member of that group logs on at the MFP or the Thin Client. Then, the shortcuts associated with that user's group appear in addition to that user's personal shortcuts.
Fields and Buttons
The Associated Groups tab has the following fields and buttons.

The Groups linked in Kofax Capture. Click the name to go to the General tab for that group, where you can view its settings. To select a group to add, select the check box to the left of the group. You can select more than one group to add. To grant access to the selected group, click the following button:

The groups that are associated with this shortcut. To remove an associated group, select it. You can select more than one. To remove access from the selected group, click the following button:
