Groups - Associated Shortcuts Tab
Use this tab to grant the users of this group access to shortcuts. Global shortcuts that are associated with a group do not appear until a user who is a member of that group logs on at the MFP or the Thin Client. Then, the shortcuts associated with that user's group appear in addition to that user's personal shortcuts.

The shortcuts that have been created but not associated with this group. You can select one or more shortcuts. To associate the shortcut with this group, click the following button:

If you need to remove a shortcut, select it. You can select one or more shortcuts to remove. To remove the shortcut, click the following button:
