Multiple tables with the same table label

It is possible for a single document to include more than one table that has been defined with the same table model. This means that it is up to the Advanced Table Locator to determine how those tables are extracted.

When setting up an Advanced Table Locator for a specific table model, the Filter tables setting is used to decide which tables are extracted.

For example, a document has five tables and three of those tables are defined to use the same table model. These three tables contain the same information, but for three different time intervals and all are required in the extraction results. To do this, extract these three tables as a single table by setting the Filter tables setting to Concatenate all tables with confidence above value. Adjust the confidence level as necessary. This extracts the three separate tables into a single table, assuming all confidences are above the configured threshold.

Similarly, if a document has several tables that are defined with the same table model, but you only want the first table, set the Filter tables setting to The first table.
