Shortcut menus for documents sets and subsets

By right clicking on the blue document set header that surrounds the box of document subsets, several shortcut menu settings are available. You can also right-click on a document subset to access various settings available in its shortcut menu. Menu items are disabled when unavailable. Many of these icons also displayed in the Documents tab in the Ribbon or the Documents toolbar.

The following is a list of all available shortcut menu items for document sets. The list varies depending on the selected document set.

Setting	Name and Description
	Close Closes the selected document set so that it no longer is displayed in the list of document sets. The associated documents are not removed from their original location, and the document set is still available from the "Recent Documents" list.
	Reload Reloads the last saved state of the selected document subset and discards any unsaved changes. The Selection document set cannot be reloaded and the New Samples can only be refreshed.
	Convert New Samples Database If you upgrade a project from an earlier version that has online learning enabled you can upgrade a remaining New Samples database to the new document set format. You can then import and train those documents for your project as needed. This menu item is available for New Samples only.
	Create Document Subset Creates an empty document subset for the selected document set.
	Clear Selection Clears the documents from this document set.
/	Detach Document Set from Project You can detach a Benchmark Set or a regular document set so it is no longer attached to the project. When the project closes, this document set is removed from the Documents window and is available only in the Recent Documents list when the project is reopened.
	Use as Classification Training Set Converts the selected document set to the Classification Set This document set contains the classification training documents for various classes.
	Use as Extraction Training Set Converts the selected document set to the Extraction Set. This is the document set that contains various training documents for all trainable locators and may be organized in various training document subsets.
	Use as Table Extraction Set Converts the selected document set to the Table Extraction Set. This is the document set that contains training documents for table detection.
	Use as Test Set Converts the selected document set into a Test Set.
	Sort Documents on Disk by Class Sorts the documents from the selected Benchmark document set by the assigned classes, and stores them in folders with corresponding class names. These folders are created in the directory where your documents are physically located on your file system. This class structure is required in order to be able to compare the assigned class against your project classification settings when a classification benchmark is performed.
	Upload Benchmark Set to Server for Quick Classification Uploads the selected Benchmark set set so that it is available for use in the Quick Classification application. For more information on Quick Classification see the Kofax TotalAgility Apps Help.
	Remove Quick Classification Benchmark Set from Server Removes the selected benchmark set so that it can no longer be used by the Quick Classification application.

The following is a list of all available shortcut menu items for document subsets. The list varies depending on the selected document set.

Setting	Name and Description
	Use as Default Document Subset Sets the selected document subset as the default document subset and displays the default Document Subset icon. For the Extraction Set, this is the document subset that contains all newly added training documents.
	Exclude Subset from Training Excludes all documents from the selected document subset from the training set and the excluded Document Subset icon is displayed.
	Include Subset for Training Includes an excluded document subset in the training set so it can be used for training.
	Add Documents Opens a window so that you can select documents to add to the selected document subset.
	Rename Displays a window where you can type a new name for the selected document subset.
	Duplicate Makes a copy of the selected document subset and displays a window so that you can provide a name for the newly copied document subset.
/	Copy & Split Opens the Copy & Split Subset window so that you can split the selected document subset into smaller subsets.
	Clustering Opens the Clustering window so that you can organize the selected documents into clusters or classes.
	Remove Deletes the selected document subset from the document set. The associated files are not removed from their physical location so they can be used in the future.
