Enable dynamic document separation and classification online learning

If you enable dynamic document separation and classification, the documents that are accumulated can be used to help your document separation and classification results without having to import the New Samples or retrain your project. To ensure that you do not adversely affect the performance of your project, follow the project life cycle recommendations to import your training documents on a regular basis.

You can enable dynamic document separation and classification online learning by following these steps:

  1. Enable online learning.
  2. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  3. On the General tab, in the Online Learning, click Advanced.

    The Advanced Online Learning Options window is displayed.

  4. In the Document Separation & Classification Online Learning Settings group, select Use dynamic classifiers during document separation and classification
  5. When finished, click OK.

    The Advanced Online Learning Options window is closed and your changes are saved.

  6. Optionally, click OK to close the Project Settings window.
  7. Save the changes to your project.
