Project upgrades

If you have added modifications to your project, you can merge a project with local changes to a new version of the project. You cannot however, remove, rename, or delete any of the elements that existed before your modifications.

Modifications to the following items are included in a merge.

  • Recognition Profiles

  • Classes

  • Field Groups

  • Fields

  • Locators

  • Dictionaries

  • Databases

  • Image Cleanup Profiles

  • Country Settings

  • Validation Methods

  • Formatters

  • Table Models

  • Global Columns

  • Table Header Packs

  • Connections

  • Script Variables

In addition to the above list, Scripts are also merged, as long as the custom content is present below the line that states Modify script only below this line! in the script.
