Add documents to the selected class for table extraction training

If a class in your project is enabled to use table detection, you can add good examples of tables from the List View only. For each document added to this training set, it is necessary to open the document using the Edit Training Document window to specify the table columns and layout to improve table detection.

You can add one or more documents to the Table Extraction Set for the selected class by following these steps:

  1. Open the Documents window if it is not already open.
  2. Select the document set and the document subset that contains the documents that you are adding for table extraction training.
  3. In the list of documents, select the documents that are good table extraction examples for a specific class.

You can use the List View or the Thumbnails view only to add documents for table extraction training.

  4. Open the Project Tree window if it is not already open.
  5. Expand the Project Tree and select the class where the documents are to be added to the Table Extraction Set.
  6. Right-click the selected documents and select Add to Training Set of Selected Class (Table Extraction) Add to Training Set of Selected Class (Table Extraction) icon.

The selected documents are added to the default document subset in your Table Extraction Set.

  7. Edit the table training documents as needed.
  8. Optionally, repeat the previous steps to add additional documents to other classes.
