Upload attachments

To make the documents that are related to an invoice or the invoice document itself available in the portal, you can upload them as attachments.

To upload attachments, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Worklist, select Invoices.
  2. Select an invoice document.
  3. In the document detail view, at the right side, click the Attachments button.
    The Attachments pane opens.
  4. Select the type of attachment that you want to upload.
    • To upload an invoice, click Upload invoice and select a file.

    • To upload other document types, click Upload other and select a file.

  5. Click Save.

    If the attachment you upload is the first attachment, a green border is displayed around the Attachment icon to indicate that an entry is available.
