Use the Worklist

The Worklist is a navigation area that allows you to quickly get an overview of business documents. The documents are grouped in logical categories and subcategories, according to the business processes they belong to; for example, invoices and purchase orders.

The Worklist also guides you to the activities that you would like to complete. When using the Worklist, you have several options.

  • To expand the list of categories, subcategories, and other information, click the Expand nodes button.
  • To collapse the list of categories, subcategories, and other information, click the Collapse nodes button.
  • To collapse and move the Worklist to the top of the page, click the Hide worklist button.
    This allows you to have larger document overview list and document detail view areas.
  • To restore the hidden Worklist to its normal position, click the Restore worklist button.
  • To temporarily display the hidden Worklist, without restoring it, click the Show Worklist button.
    In this view, you can even select a new Worklist category.
    In most areas of Supplier Portal, clicking outside a notification or dialog box area will close that area.
  • To open the closed Quick Start page, click the Quick Start button.
  • To view the business documents of a specific category or subcategory, select the corresponding Worklist node name.
    Example To view the list of paid invoices, select Invoices > Submitted > Paid.
