View messages

You can view all the messages that are related to a specific invoice or purchase order document. Based on these messages, you can make any necessary changes to the document before it is sent to a workflow or posted to SAP.

To view the messages, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Worklist, select Invoices.
  2. Select an invoice document.
  3. In the document detail view, at the right side, click the Messages button.

    The existing messages are displayed. The messages are displayed in chronological order, with the latest messages at the top of the list. Each message line is a summary of the action or event.

  4. In the Actions pane, select the action for which you want to view the individual messages.

    The Events pane displays the corresponding messages. A colored icon indicates the status of the action that resulted in the message.
