Use the export list or mail list function

You can use the export list or mail list function to create a csv or Excel file with all the documents that are available in the document overview list of a specific Worklist category.

To create a file, complete the following step.

In the document overview list, select the way in which you want to create the file.
  • To create a csv or Excel file that you can immediately download, click the Export list button, then in the Select export type dialog box select the file type and click OK.

  • To receive an email with the generated csv file, click the Mail list button.

In both cases, the complete document overview list is exported. To narrow down the number of documents, use the search function and define the selection criteria.
