Work with invoices and credit notes

To support the electronic submission of invoices and credit notes, the portal offers several additional actions that you can perform during the creation of such a document, before you are actually submitting it.

  • To return to the document at a later time to finish the creation, click Save.

    The document will be saved in the Invoices > Drafts subcategory of the Worklist.

  • To see the total net, tax and gross amounts from the line items that you have entered, click Calculate.
  • To upload either the document image, or some sort of supporting document in the Attachments pane, complete the steps as described in Upload attachments.

    The upload functionality is available after you have saved the document for the first time.
