Navigate the portal

The Quick Start page is the first page that is displayed after logging in. It provides access to the most popular actions and views; for example, invoices and user information.

The Worklist is a navigation area that allows quick access to the business documents of the different categories. For more information, see Use the Worklist.

The document overview list shows all the documents in a specific category or subcategory. It is accessed by selecting a specific document in the Worklist.

For most of the Worklist categories, a csv file can be created with all the documents that are available in the document overview list. For more information, see Use the export list or mail list function.

The document detail view displays the details of the document that was selected from the document overview list. For invoices and purchase orders, additional icons on the right side provide access to the following information.
