Get the product version

If you need to contact technical support, it is helpful to provide the version of your Kofax Transformation Modules installation.

You can view the product version by following these steps:

  1. View the product version using Project Builder.
    1. Open Project Builder.
    2. In the upper-right corner, click About About icon or press Alt + F1.

      The Product Version is displayed.

    3. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
  2. View the product version using a tool or a rich-client user module.
    1. Open a tool or module.
    2. From the Help menu, select About.

      The Product Version is displayed.

    3. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
  3. View the product version using one of the Thin Client user modules.
    1. Open one of the Thin Client user modules
    2. In the upper-right corner, click About or press CTRL, I.

      The Product Version is displayed.

    3. Copy the contents of the About window and include it in your correspondence with technical support.
