Configuring the Solution Configuration Manager means inputting data into many forms. These forms have the following input controls.

• Text fields for inputting strings or numbers.

• Drop-down lists for selecting a pre-defined value.

• Check boxes to select or clear an option. Depending on the selection, additional options may become available.

• Radio buttons for selecting from a pre-defined list of values. Depending on the selection, additional options may become available.

• Tables where you can define multiple instances of a set of values.
