User Management
These settings contain a list of active users for the system, as well as their authorizations. These settings are client and profile independent.
It is possible to add multiple entries for these settings. As a result, the settings are displayed in a table.
The following column settings are available.
- User ID

The user ID.
This can be a Windows domain user name, a windows short name, or a Kofax TotalAgility user name.
- Client Group

The client group that the above user belongs.
- Domain

The Windows domain for Windows-based authentication.
- Password
-
If Windows authentication is not used, this is the password string for the user. This password is used to create the Kofax TotalAgility resource, and means that password changes are made through the TotalAgility Designer.

- Scan Resource
- Select if you want the user to scan for document ingestion for the selected Client Group.
- Validation Resource
- Select if you want the user to process documents in Validation for the selected Client Group.
- LPR Correction Resource
- Select if you want the user to process documents in Line Pairing Line Pairing Correction for the selected Client Group.
- PIX Correction Resource
- Select if you want the user to process documents with PIX Correction user interface for the selected Client Group.
However, the reverse behavior is not true. If a user is deleted from the Kofax TotalAgility Invoice Processing Agility Resources that user is not deleted from Invoice Processing Agility User Management. Instead, delete the user manually.
