How XML documents are matched to senders and receivers in connection with master data

To identify which sender an incoming XML document belongs to in connection with master data:

  1. SmartXML tries to find the receiver and the sender according to the logic that has been set up.
  2. Kofax ReadSoft Entrance gets the SXML and PDF files from SmartXML:

    The receiver is then matched against master data and associated with the corresponding CorporateGroupID if a match is found.

    The sender is matched against the list of senders that is associated with the CorporateGroupID.

  3. If the receiver and sender are matched successfully, the document is sent to Verify. Otherwise the document is parked for optimization.
