Restrict the ability to delete documents in Verify

If User authorization is enabled, you can keep users from being able to delete documents in Verify.

To specify which users are not able to delete documents in Verify, complete the following steps:

  1. In Manager, click .Administration > List users
  2. Right-click anywhere in the list displayed and select New to define a new user, or click an existing user and select Open to edit it.
  3. In the User dialog, click Access rights.
  4. In the list of modules, click Verify, and then click Disable document deletion.
  5. Click OK.
