Export Queues

An export queue contains export requests to email and copy PDF and TIFF versions of MarkView documents. An export queue also handles requests to print documents. An export server assigned to the queue handles these requests. Map export queues to export servers using export queue assignments. A system can have multiple export queues.

Add an export queue

  1. Select the Export Queues tab and click Add.
  2. Enter a Queue Name and Description.
  3. Click Save.

Modify an export queue

You cannot change a queue name once it is saved.

  1. Click Details next to the export queue to change.
  2. Continue as follows:

    • To change the description, modify the field as needed, and click Save.

    • To remove the queue, click Delete.

Assign a server

  1. Select the Export Queues tab and click Details next to the queue to assign.
  2. Select the Queue Assignments tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Select Export Server and select a server.
  5. Enter an SMTP Address.
  6. Enter a Priority for the queue assignment.
  7. Enter a Servlet Address.
  8. Click Select User Profile and select a Servlet Username in the list.
  9. Enter an SMTP User name.
  10. Enter the SMTP Password for the SMTP User.
  11. Click Save.

Modify a server assignment

  1. Click Details next to the server queue assignment to change.
  2. Continue as follows:

    • To change the assignment, modify the fields as needed, and click Save.

    • To remove the assignment, click Delete.
