Knowledge Base Learning Server saves documents reported as a Problem. Stored documents can then be imported into the Project Builder Problems document subset in the New Samples document set. These documents can be used to improve the project for classification and extraction for fields or tables.

Documents marked for Extraction Online Learning are trained and used in production as a dynamic specific knowledge base to increase the rate of recognition for fields on documents with similar layout, such as invoices.

Note that read and write access to the directory that stores those documents managed by the Knowledge Base Learning Server is subject to some restrictions. Usually the Knowledge Base Learning Server writes into the directory and therefore owns the write lock.
